Our products are made of genuine leather and 24k gold-plated bronze metal pieces. As it is handmade jewelry, it requires special care described in each package and here later.

We are responsible for damage to the leather such as peeling or problems with the grain of the leather (top coat or paint). We are not responsible for the natural wear of the hardware or peeling from constant use.

• Under normal use conditions, the parts warranty is one month, which runs from the day your order was delivered.

• If the accessory has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced by an equal or similar value, free of charge. To do this, you must present support for your purchase and send a photograph of the product to the email: cuaretinfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+57) 3162541360

• Cuaret does not give a guarantee on accessories that show misuse, or damage caused by outside interventions.

• Please follow the care you should take with your product to the letter:

  • Avoid that your accessories have contact with perfumes, creams, sea or pool water, detergents or any other chemical.

  • Store them separately to avoid tangles and clean them only with a dry cloth.

• The return or exchange of unused and in perfect condition items is accepted within 5 days of the date of purchase.

• Please note that the item must be in the original packaging, keeping the same conditions in which it was received.
